Program Description
Drywall Monkeys offers a text messaging (SMS) program to keep customers informed about their drywall repair service. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival times, project status updates, quote follow-ups, and customer support.
How You Opt In
You consent to receive text messages from Drywall Monkeys when you submit your phone number through our online quote form and check the SMS consent box, or when you provide your phone number to us directly and ask us to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your service request and the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Drywall Monkeys does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
Opt Out & Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Drywall Monkeys.
